Space Kenya helps you join Kenya's property renaissance. We build the digital services building this inspirational Space (AI and agentic software for developers, REITs, energy-hub builders, data-centre operators, smart-farm investors, banks, insurers, agents and advocates) anchored by Kenya's verified property content destination covering every Tier-A developer, county and named project.
Founded in Nairobi in 2010 and recognised the following year with the Kenya Vision 2030 ICT Innovation Award, we operate as a single point of contact across selection, integration, deployment and ongoing optimisation. Property transactions stay with your licensed advocate and your bank, where they belong. We build the software, advisory and verified-content systems the operators of property come to us for.
The 2011 award was presented at the inaugural Connected Kenya Summit by the Kenya ICT Board and the Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat. The programme drew over 170 nationwide applicants; an independent panel from the private sector, academia and government selected 11 finalists. We were recognised for pioneering work in digital platforms.
That recognition confirmed what we already knew: the biggest opportunities in East Africa sit at the intersection of technology, energy and physical infrastructure, what we call where digital meets physical. We have spent the fifteen years since building the relationships, expertise and operational capability to capture them.
Today Space Kenya is two things in one company. We run a boutique advisory practice (the owner's technology advisor for inspirational projects across Kenya and East Africa. And we operate the Space Kenya platform) Kenya's most-trusted curated property content destination, as the trust and traffic engine for that practice.

Is Space Kenya affiliated with the developers and creators it lists?
No. Space Kenya is an independent editorial platform. Videos are embedded and credited to their original YouTube creators, and copyright remains with them. We list a developer or project for editorial coverage, not as a partner or agent.
How does Space Kenya decide what to publish?
A channel is featured only when it is genuinely active, checked nightly for recent uploads. A named developer or project surfaces publicly only when real, independent video coverage supports it. We lead with verified content rather than listings.
Does Space Kenya handle property transactions or hold buyer funds?
No. The platform is a content and intelligence destination. Transactions stay with your own advocate, bank and licensed professionals. For institutions, we build due-diligence and research software through our B2B services.
How do I get my project, channel or development featured?
