How videos appear here
Space Kenya shows third-party property videos through YouTube's official embeddable player, exactly as YouTube provides for sharing, and links back to each creator's channel. The video streams from YouTube, not from us. We never download, re-host or copy video files, and we never scrape photographs from other portals. Copyright, credit and the view count stay entirely with the original creator. Embedding the official player is expressly permitted by the YouTube Terms of Service, and creators control embedding for their own videos at any time.
Our own work
The editorial writing, county profiles, data and original imagery we produce are Space Kenya's own works, and we hold the copyright in them. Limited quotation with attribution and a link back is welcome; for syndication or fuller reuse, write to copyright@spacekenya.com.
If you are a creator or rights holder
You stay in control. If you would rather your channel were not embedded, or you believe something here infringes your rights, email copyright@spacekenya.com and we will disable access to the disputed embed within 48 hours. This take-down channel follows the internet-intermediary notice procedure under Kenya's Copyright Act, so disputes are handled quickly and on the record. To help us act, include: your name and contact details, the Space Kenya page URL, the work concerned, confirmation that you are the rights holder or an authorised representative, and your signature.
Our nightly checks also detect when a video is made private, unlisted, deleted or embed-disabled on YouTube, and remove it automatically, often before any notice is needed.
This page describes our practice in plain English and is not legal advice. See also our Terms and Editorial policy.
