SpaceKE Spotlight

The home page featured video is the centrepiece of platform traffic and the only static video slot on Space Kenya. We open one featured week at a time to a Tier-A channel. You get the hero placement, the dedicated /channels/[handle] page, and automatic upload-sync: new uploads are polled hourly and go live with the next site rebuild (twice daily). We curate honestly, no editorial control changes hands.

Who it's for

• Tier-A developers
• Verified brokers
• Property-show producers running a campaign

What we deliver

• Home page hero slot for one full week (Mon → Sun EAT)
• Dedicated /channels/[handle] page live within 24 hours
• Auto-aggregated video coverage via the same match-by-channel helpers we use for our own curation
• A ready-to-post social promotion pack (X, LinkedIn, Facebook) for your featured week
• Cross-promotion on every sector page where your content already ranks Tier-A

How it works

1. Tell us your need: send a brief via the form or WhatsApp.
2. We confirm fit on a no-fee scoping call, with a senior advisor reading every brief.
3. We scope the deliverable and pricing in writing before any engagement begins.

Why this works

• Paid featured placement is the standard way Kenyan property platforms turn attention into buyer enquiries, and ours is the only one gated to verified Tier-A entities, so the slot itself signals trust.

Fixed-price SKUs

Pricing

From KSh 30,000 / week (single-project boost) up to KSh 80,000 / week (home-page feature). Twelve home-page slots a year, first-come-first-served for Tier-A.

To book: Start a conversation below or chat on WhatsApp; tell us your channel or project and the week you want. We confirm availability in writing before any fee.

Eligibility: Available to entities that already clear our verification bar (an active channel with recent, watched property video). Payment buys placement and reach; it never buys verification or ranking. How verification works
