   The free call. Twenty to thirty minutes with the person who would do the work. We look at the project together and say plainly whether an engagement is worth your money.

   The checks and the visit. We check the registers, gather the dated independent video record, and visit the site ourselves.

   The dossier and a call. Dossier within 7 working days of engagement, then a call to walk you through it.

What the dossier covers

The company behind the project, its approvals, who is selling it to you, the independent video record, our own dated site visit, the title, and where your money would go. One section gathers everything we could not confirm, and every line says what we tried.

The fee is per project, not per unit. Paid by the buyer only; never contingent on a sale; your advocate and bank handle every shilling of the transaction.

How you pay. We raise an invoice in your name and you settle it by bank transfer to Space Kenya Networks Limited, our registered company, in Kenyan shillings; the US dollar figure beside the price is indicative and for reference only. Payment never goes to an individual, and the account details reach you on the invoice itself rather than in a chat message.
