No signup, no fee. The paid services below are how buyers and the industry build on that verified foundation, and how the free platform is sustained.
Looking to rent or buy a ready home? The Space Kenya Network routes you to a verified Realtor for free, it is not a paid service.

Two services run today, delivered directly by our founding team. Buying off-plan or from abroad? SpaceKE Advisory applies the platform's own verification process to the project you are considering, for a flat fee you pay and no seller ever does. Building or marketing verified property? SpaceKE Spotlight puts a verified week of buyer attention behind your project or channel; it buys attention inside the library and never changes what clears the verification bar. Everything else on this page is live to explore and scales up behind these two.

How the model works
The platform is free. So how does Space Kenya make money?
Buyers explore free, always. Businesses pay for distribution and tools on a platform buyers already trust: weekly featured placement, the embedded Verified badge, white-label AI and market intelligence. Those fees sustain the free platform and the round-the-clock Concierge.
Does paying get my project featured or ranked higher?
No. A paid placement is a clearly labelled featured slot, open only to entities that already cleared verification. It never changes the editorial rankings, the search results or the verification bar. You can buy attention, never credibility, and that is exactly why a featured slot here carries weight.
Do you charge per lead or per match?
No. Everything is sold as a placement, a subscription or API access, never a per-lead or commission fee. Network routing to realtors stays free and forward-only, in line with the Estate Agents Act (Cap 533).
