API and data terms

These terms govern SpaceKE Intelligence subscriptions, cited research deliverables, and any programmatic or bulk access to Space Kenya data. They sit alongside our general terms, which also apply.

What the service is

Space Kenya provides verified, cited property-market intelligence: entity coverage, video-evidence links, demand signals, and research summaries. Every output is editorial research built on public evidence. It is information, not advice; you remain responsible for your own decisions, valuations, and due diligence.

What you may do

Use the data inside your organisation for research, analysis, underwriting support, and internal reporting. Quote it in your own reports with attribution to "Space Kenya Networks".

What you may not do

Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data or deliverables as a standalone product. Do not present our verification badges or tiers as your own certification. Do not use the data to build a competing verification registry. Access is for the subscribing organisation only.

Service level

We operate the service with care and maintain it actively. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a response-time guarantee, or any specific commercial outcome from using the data. Scheduled deliverables carry the delivery windows stated in your order.

Liability

Our total liability arising from the service, however it arises, is capped at the fees you paid us for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

Data protection

The intelligence products are built from public content and anonymised, aggregated signals; they contain no personal data about identifiable buyers. Where an engagement involves personal data, Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 applies and our privacy notice describes our posture.

Termination

Either side may end a subscription at the end of a billing period. Rights to use deliverables already paid for survive; access to live data ends with the subscription. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
