We assemble the verified picture of the project and its developer, walk you through the registration and approval checks that matter, and prepare the questions your advocate and the developer should answer before any deposit moves. The fee is flat and paid by you alone; we take nothing from any seller, so the only outcome we are paid for is your clarity.
