Space Kenya sells digital access, alerts, research tools, cited reports, and business services. We keep pricing clear before checkout and handle refund requests fairly.
My SpaceKE Plus
You can cancel a Plus subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing projects@spacekenya.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
If you buy Plus by mistake, are charged twice, or cannot access the paid features, write to us within 14 days of the charge. We will refund duplicate or mistaken charges, and we will refund a first Plus payment when the paid access did not work for you.
Annual Plus plans
The annual Plus plan is discounted because it is paid in advance. If you request a refund within 14 days of the annual charge, we will refund the annual payment. After 14 days, we review requests case by case and may refund the unused full months when there is a clear billing issue or the service is unavailable.
Paid reports
Paid reports are human-reviewed research deliverables. A report order is refundable before research work starts. Once research has started, we may refund if we cannot deliver the report within the stated scope. Delivered reports are generally not refundable because the research work has already been performed.
Business services
Business services such as Spotlight, Reach, Studio, Intelligence, and Verified are governed by the agreed scope for that service. If a campaign or service is removed by Space Kenya before the agreed period ends, we refund or credit the unused portion. If a client asks us to stop after work has started, we refund only the unused part that has not yet been delivered.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing time depends on the card network, bank, and processor, and is usually visible a few business days after approval.
How to request a refund
Email projects@spacekenya.com with the account email, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. For privacy or legal questions, email legal@spacekenya.com.
