The fee is per project, not per unit. Paid by the buyer only; never contingent on a sale; your advocate and bank handle every shilling of the transaction.
How you pay. We raise an invoice in your name and you settle it by bank transfer to Space Kenya Networks Limited, our registered company, in Kenyan shillings; the US dollar figure beside the price is indicative and for reference only. Payment never goes to an individual, and the account details reach you on the invoice itself rather than in a chat message.

How long does it take?

Can I use it from abroad?
Yes. We visit the site for you, the free call is at a time that suits your time zone, and the dossier arrives in writing.
Is the dossier legal advice or a valuation?
It is independent research, read alongside your advocate. It is not legal advice, a valuation, a survey or a recommendation to buy or not to buy; your advocate, your bank and your surveyor each do something it does not.
Who handles the purchase itself?
You do, with your own advocate and your bank. Space Kenya checks the project and reports what it found; the sale, the money and the paperwork stay with you and them.
What happens if you find a red flag?
We are paid the same whether the answer is proceed or walk away. If we find a red flag and you walk, the fee carries to your next project for twelve months.
Can I get a refund?
If we hold any business tie to the developer, we tell you before you pay and you can withdraw for a full refund. If either of us ends the engagement early, you keep what is delivered and the fee for the rest comes back, pro rata. A refund goes back the way you paid: a bank transfer is refunded by bank transfer to the account you paid from, and a card payment goes back to the card through our payment processor.
