Space Kenya was built by an investor to answer his own question: which of these projects deserves my money? SpaceKE Advisory applies that exact process to your shortlist. We assemble the verified picture of the project and its developer, walk you through the registration and approval checks that matter, and prepare the questions your advocate and the developer should answer before any deposit moves. The fee is flat and paid by you alone; we take nothing from any seller, so the only outcome we are paid for is your clarity.

Pricing

KSh 100,000 flat engagement fee (≈ USD 830, indicative; introductory). Paid by the buyer only; never contingent on a sale; your advocate and bank handle every shilling of the transaction. The fee is per project, not per unit. We are paid the same whether the answer is proceed or walk away. If we find a red flag and you walk, the fee carries to your next project for twelve months.
