SpaceKE Verified

Verification itself is free and never for sale: you earn the Verified · Tier A badge by meeting our published bar. SpaceKE Verified is a licence to show that badge off the platform, on your site, brochures and campaigns, linked to your live page on space.ke so buyers can check your full verified coverage in one click. Paying never changes whether you are verified; if your coverage stops meeting the bar, the badge comes off and the licence lapses. A self-serve script widget that renders the badge automatically is planned; subscribers will receive it at no extra cost when it becomes available.

Who it's for

• Tier-A developers
• Verified brokers running a high-trust funnel
• Master-developers wanting to show independent verification

What we deliver

• Official Verified · Tier A badge assets (SVG + PNG) licensed for your site, brochures and campaigns
• A signed verification certificate naming your entity, tier and verification date
• Badge links to your live Space Kenya entity page, one click from your site to your full verified coverage
• Standing re-verification through the platform's daily checks, with notice if your status changes
• Cancel anytime; the licence and listing simply lapse at the end of the period

How it works

1. Tell us your need: send a brief via the form or WhatsApp.
2. We confirm fit on a no-fee scoping call, with a senior advisor reading every brief.
3. We scope the deliverable and pricing in writing before any engagement begins.

Why this works

• Kenyan buyers already hunt for a 'verified' mark to avoid fraud, and ours is the only one backed by a published, editorial verification methodology you and your buyers can read.

Pricing

KSh 30,000 / month per domain. Annual prepay at KSh 300,000 (saves KSh 60K).

To book: Email [email protected] with the subject line "SpaceKE Verified, <your company>, <domain>".

Eligibility: Available to entities that already clear our verification bar (an active channel with recent, watched property video). Payment buys placement and reach; it never buys verification or ranking. How verification works

Services list deliverables, not results; Space Kenya makes no financial, legal, or outcome guarantees and confirms every price in writing.
